• Membership applications: your name, email, city and (if you give it) phone number, to handle your membership.
• Volunteer sign-ups and event reservations (RSVP): your name, email and the details you give, to plan our events and contact you about them.

We use this data only for these purposes. We do not sell it or share it with others, except with the services that run our website and send our emails.

Legal basis

We process your data based on your consent, which you give when you submit a form, and – for members – to manage your membership.

How long we keep it

We keep your data only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Our website uses cookies that are needed for it to work. Content from other sites, such as videos or social media posts, is only loaded after you accept it in our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time.
