Our manifesto

We envision a thriving South Asian union where cultural diversity is celebrated, and mutual respect and understanding form the foundation of our community. As a member of Mela Nordic, I share these values:

Celebrate diversity – the many languages, faiths and traditions of South Asia, side by side.
Common ground – we stand united against hate and communal divisiveness.
Human dignity – we uphold dignity and the non-discrimination of marginalised groups.
A safe space for dialogue – disagreement is welcome, respect is not optional.
